Germany Travel Information

A leader's perspective...

Some associate Germany with the biggest party in the world, Oktoberfest. Others think of fairy tales and castles.

Whatever springs to mind when you think of Germany, it's there, ready and waiting. The spirit of Oktoberfest can be experienced everyday in the many beer gardens and beer halls across the country. For lovers of fairytales, travel the Rhine valley to see the highest concentration of castles in the world. The Romantic Road from Wurzburg in central Germany, to Fussen in the south lives up to its name. The road is dotted with many small villages, patchwork crops and of course, vineyards. It is perfect countryside for cycling. There was no shortage of inspiration for the Grimm Brothers in their native land and Little Red Riding Hood may skip around the corner at any moment.
