Located on El Malecon, Santo Domingo’s ocean-view boulevard, the hotel includes 228 mostly oceanfront guest rooms, all with high-speed Internet access and floor-to-ceiling windows, showcasing views of the Caribbean Sea. Guest rooms on three Executive Floors offer free newspapers, surround sound music in bathrooms, CD alarm clocks and luxury amenities. Guests staying in these rooms have access to the 20th floor Executive Lounge, which serves complimentary breakfast, cocktails and hors d’oeuvres.

Recreational facilities include a spacious health club and 7th floor swimming pool with pool bar and large sundeck. The property boasts the largest casino in Santo Domingo and anchors The Malecon Center, a mixed-use complex for retail shopping, cinema, and commercial office space.
